Store Policy 

*Natural stone products, including granite, marble, limestone, slate and travertine are inherently subject to variations in shadings and markings. Color variations are normal and should be expected. With slate and other natural cleft products, pieces are not necessarily square and flat, and chisel marks and chipping may be present.

*We do not allow inspection of more than one box of material prior to purchase for purposes of color and pattern selection. This is to ensure that you and all customers of PDTM receive the best possible selection upon purchase of our materials.

*Materials should be inspected for defects prior to installations. Use constitutes acceptance and therefore absolutely NO claims can be made after installation.

*All in stock claims must be made within 10 days after delivery of merchandise.

*All Sundries including sealers, grouts, thinsets, and cleaners are all final sale. 

*You may return only IN STOCK items within 30 days of purchase with a 25% re-stock fee. You must have prior approval from PDTM before any products may be returned. No exchanges or returns on transfer special order products.

All special orders are final sale. Accepted returns will be given in store credit only. No cash refunds. All special order transfer order items are all final sales. No returns accepted. All closeout tiles or tiles from the boneyard are all Final Sale.
